Maybe I should just refrain from saying anything, because when I do it seems to inevitably tempt fate.


Like yesterday, I'd just finished typing my thought that I should go read something before my brain turns to mush, when suddenly I was headed to the pub.

And I realise I really ought to stop my reaction posts to X-Files viewing because it must be incredibly dull (but I have to say Never Again was awesome, Scully actually gets some, and a tattoo! Hah!) but they killed of Agent Pendrell! Entirely unfair.

Saw Son of Rambow today, was better than I expected- was in fits of laughter for lots of it. (Which, actually, was slightly worrying because I'd just been reading about cases of people who laughed themselves to death...) Speaking of films, did I mention how much I enjoyed My Blueberry Nights? It was really enjoyable to watch, and kind of encapsulated the (hungover but hopeful) mood I was in as I watched it. Have a lot of love for that film, and despite the fact that I don't think that Jude Law can really act he is quite likeable. Kind of like David Boreanaz, but the acting isn't as appalling (frankly that would be hard).
